Documents required for application

Legal Entity Registration Decision
The decision confirming the registration of the legal entity, issued by the Agency for Public Services.
State Register Extract
An up-to-date extract from the State Register of Legal Entities or Individual Entrepreneurs, issued by the Agency for Public Services.
Legal Entity Statute
Required only if the legal entity has two or more administrators.
Authorization Documents
Documents confirming the authority of the individual submitting the application on behalf of the entity, if the application is not submitted directly by the company administrator (e.g. a simple power of attorney).

Electronic signature
For your application for residency at MITP, you need a valid electronic signature. The 
e-signature enables you to securely submit the application online, ensuring authenticity,
legal validity.

Log-in to the website with your e-signature first to access the form and start applying.

Get Mobile Signature at any Orange store. You will need ID verification and to set a signing PIN.
