How does it work?
Format
Online, via Votemeapp platform, allowing residents to participate remotely through a secure digital voting environment, without the need for
physical presence.
When
February–March each year, following a fixed annual schedule that ensures timely review and approval of decisions for the upcoming year.
Access
Link and access code sent via SMS to the company administrator, ensuring secure and direct access for authorized representatives only.
Participation rules
Conditions that ensure the validity of the General Assembly and voting process.
