1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Modernization of Government Services Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply of Licenses:

Bidding will be conducted through SHOPPING using Invitation to Quote (ITQ) as specified in the World Bank’s ‘Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers,’ dated January 2011 and revised July 2014, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Public Institution “e-Governance Agency”, e-mail: procurements@egov.md; during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours.
4. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to e-mail: procurements@egov.md.
5. Your price quotation shall be submitted to the following email: procurements@egov.md on or before April 10, 2025, 11:00 Moldova time.
